Clinicians and research assistants from Soroka Medical Center and Clalit Southern District completed two rounds of training courses led by the Research Data Unit. The course set out a new national standard for clinical collaboration on the MDclone platform, and began a process of building a community of researchers in the region with the clinicians taking the reins.
The leading startup in the field MDclone sent a team of instructors, allowing the clinicians to train 1-on-1 with their research assistants on practical exercises, alongside unparalleled guidance from the Research Data Unit.
Our outstanding Research Data Unit continues to provide clinician-researchers from Soroka and the southern region its expansive and experienced team of epidemiologists, analysts, coordinators and research assistants.
We would like to thank Dr Michal Gordon, alongside Dr Yiska Weisband, Eyal Dviri, and Amit Cohen from Clalit Health Services, who led the initiative.
